Chocolate Bananamilk Pancakes

Our Chocolate Bananamilk Chip pancakes are the type that will have you doing backflips out of bed.



Wet Ingredients:


2 cups Mooala Chocolate Bananamilk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted + more for frying

Dry Ingredients:


2 cups all purpose unbleached flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
¼ cup vegan chocolate chips or chocolate block chopped up into small pieces



Directions:


Mix the wet ingredients, combine the dry ingredients, then whisk in until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
Over medium heat, add tsp of coconut oil, then add 1/2 cup pancake batter onto the pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until your desired darkness. Pro tip: try adding multiple pancakes to each pan.
Stack pancakes and serve with whatever topping you like - we recommend adding some more bananas ;)
