These pancakes are packed with protein and bananas, perfect for a post-workout breakfast.
2 mashed bananas (ripe)
2 eggs (or applesauce, if you'd like to make this vegan
3 tbsp Mooala Original Bananamilk
1/3 c granola
1/3 c protein powder (we used Hemp plant protein)
1/8 tsp baking powder
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix until combined. Then, use a non-stick pan or griddle to heat pancakes, flipping once each side is done. Serve with powdered sugar, your favorite toppings or maple syrup.
