Our Grapefruit Bananamilk Smoothie is packed with potassium and fiber, a light and refreshing way to wake up or snack on. Detoxifying nutrients from the ginger, spinach and grapefruit are natural ways to get your body feeling good!

  • 1 deseeded grapefruit
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1/2 cup Mooala Original Bananamilk
  • Dash of fresh ginger

Step 1

First, place ingredients in blender, then puree until creamy and smooth. You can add extra Mooala Original Bananamilk to the smoothie if it turns out too thick.

Step 2

Last, pour your smoothie into a cup and top with a straw. If you prefer your smoothies in a bowl, you can add toppings like fruit or nuts. Enjoy!
